We manufacture printers for packaging printing. And 95% of printing in packaging, graphic arts, and advertising products is done using the CMYK color model without white ink. Here’s the reason:

• White is the color of the material. Most packaging materials (paper, cardboard, napkins, etc.) already have a white base, which works perfectly as a background. Therefore, printing in white is simply unnecessary in most cases.

• Simplicity = Savings. Printers without white ink are easier to maintain, don’t require expensive pigments, don’t create technical difficulties, and have significantly lower printing costs.

• Speed and Stability. CMYK is a reliable technology that has been proven over the years. There is no need to calibrate white or worry about ink separation.

Our printing system is designed for natural, eco-friendly materials: paper, kraft, cardboard, fabric, napkins, etc. These materials are predominantly used in rapidly growing and profitable segments (food packaging, branding gift boxes, personalized napkins, souvenir products). Printing on plastic requires special inks that are toxic and more expensive, longer drying times, and additional devices (UV curing, etc.).

All of this complicates maintenance, increases costs, and raises operator requirements. In contrast, printing on absorbent materials offers low costs, easy maintenance, quick drying times, a trend towards eco-friendly packaging, and is an ideal solution for small and medium-sized businesses. If your client chooses eco-friendly packaging — and this is the trend today — our printer will be your number one tool for a profitable business.

Our industrial printer is a fully Polish design and production. We are a Polish company, TICAB (Trade Industrial Company AB), registered in Poland. The company has its own engineering and production units. All design and assembly takes place at our manufacturing facility. Our printers are not re-packaged models from Asia. Our printing systems are created by engineers from scratch using European components. Additionally, we are an official representative of Hewlett Packard. We provide technical passports and documents that confirm production in Poland. We can show photos/videos from the production process.

Our printing equipment performs several tasks:

1. Printing on paper – kraft bags, envelopes, napkins.

2. Printing on cardboard – boxes, pizza boxes, lunch boxes.

3. Printing on corrugated cardboard.

4. Printing on wood and plywood.

5. Printing on textile, cotton bags. Only natural fabric!

The lowest price starts at 0.01 EUR. The accurate amount depends on the print’s size and saturation. For example:

• Logo 5x5 cm - 0.01 EUR

• A4 complete filling red - 0.32 EUR

Our printing equipment is easy to install. It is delivered assembled in the base set. Once you get our industrial printer, you only need to connect it to your laptop, contact our engineer to let him install software remotely, switch on the system and start printing on your material. Alternatively, you can come to us for training with your laptop, and we install software on our showroom.

Depending on the model of the machine, 8-12 square meters is enough.

The supply voltage for all models of printing machines is 200-240 V.

The printing machine is compatible with Hewlett Packard inks in cartridges. Magenta, Yellow, and Cyan is 233 ml each. Key color cartridge (black) is 498 ml.

One person can handle our printer. An operator doesn’t need special education but following instruction is crucial. We provide free training in our headquarters, written instruction in English, Polish, and online videos.

TICAB PRINT is a reputable manufacturing company. We produce industrial printers with a 1-year warranty.

The commercial printer doesn’t need special maintenance. You only need to make intermediate cleaning at the end of the day. Besides, remember to wipe conveyor belt.

I you need to replace the printing module inside the print head, you should send us your print head. Our engineers will diagnose the part and replace it.

The price depends on the model you choose and complete set. For example, you can buy the printing system itself or with additions like feeder or special table that receives the material.
